- The order is usually placed within two working days. In exceptional cases, however, the order may take up to 15 working days.

- Shipping is carried out as standard by Priority Post through the Swiss Post. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated during checkout. OhmSole Yilmaz generally covers the shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

- OhmSole Yilmaz reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the ordered goods are not available. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments already received will be refunded immediately.
